Hi, I’m Chris Corbett...

For me, fitness isn’t just a career; it has been the foundation of my life for well over a decade. Long before becoming a qualified personal trainer, and while juggling a corporate career, I spent years refining my own physical performance; from dedicated strength training in the gym to time on the slopes, the golf course, and more recently, the padel court.

As a father, I understand that life is a balancing act. I recognise the challenge of balancing family and work while maintaining the strength and vitality needed to stay active in the sports we all love. My coaching philosophy is rooted in these years of personal discipline and real-world experience.

My goal is to help you build the functional strength and mobility that keeps you at the top of your game, whatever that game may be. Whether your objective is to improve your strength, increase mobility or to simply feel more energised in daily life, I am dedicated to helping you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.


My Approach

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. I’m proud of where I’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets me apart isn’t just the process—it’s the intention behind it, taking time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

CorFitnessStudio embodies the belief that exercise should be available to everyone. So if you have a home gym, great, I can come to you. If not, then you can come to me. There are fully equipped studios across Woking and in Chobham with everything you need to reach your goals. Alternatively, I offer online only training and guidance so you can continue training in a way that suits you.

  • I offer in person 1:1 and small group training sessions (max 3 people) as well as online coaching

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form to schedule a call - I will walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Most gym-floor trainers focus only on the hour you spend with them. I manage the 'other 167 hours' of your week. My approach combines in-person technical coaching with a 24/7 digital roadmap covering nutrition, recovery, and habit architecture to ensure your results are sustainable, not just temporary

  • It’s completely free to use and once downloaded and logged in, you will be able to view all your workouts, access support with nutrition, speak with me, and log all your activities plus loads more.

  • Absolutely. Every journey begins with a comprehensive health audit. I will assess your current mobility, fitness, and baseline strength to ensure your programme is challenging but perfectly scaled to your current ability. I don't believe in 'one size fits all' and your workout plan will be as unique as your goals.

  • I offer total flexibility. You can train at the private studio in Chobham or one of the others across Woking for a focused, fully equipped experience, or I can bring the coaching to you…in your living room, garden, or if you have a fully equipped home gym then even better. Either way, I can make it work for you.
