Hi, I’m Chris Corbett...

For me, fitness isn’t just a career; it has been the foundation of my life for well over a decade. Long before becoming a qualified personal trainer, and while juggling a corporate career, I spent years refining my own physical performance; from dedicated strength training in the gym to time on the slopes, the golf course, and more recently, the padel court.

As a father, I understand that life is a balancing act. I recognise the challenge of balancing family and work while maintaining the strength and vitality needed to stay active in the sports we all love. My coaching philosophy is rooted in these years of personal discipline and real-world experience.

My goal is to help you build the functional strength and mobility that keeps you at the top of your game, whatever that game may be. Whether your objective is to improve your strength, increase mobility or to simply feel more energised in daily life, I am dedicated to helping you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. I’m proud of where I’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets me apart isn’t just the process—it’s the intention behind it, taking time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

CorFitnessStudio embodies the belief that exercise should be available to everyone. So if you have a home gym, great, I can come to you. If not, then you can come to me. There are fully equipped studios across Woking and in Chobham with everything you need to reach your goals. Alternatively, I offer online only training and guidance so you can continue training in a way that suits you.
