If you have a fully equipped home gym, then I can simply come to you and we can make a start. However, if you haven’t any equipment then you can use our dedicated training spaces in Chobham and across Woking with everything you’ll need.

Semi-private coaching provides the high-level expertise of personal training within a focused group of two or three. It is the ideal choice for those who want a customised program and technical coaching but enjoy the camaraderie of training with a partner or friend.
Much like my 1:1 coaching, I offer total flexibility for our small group sessions. We can train in any of the studios across Woking and Chobham or I can bring the workout to you for a session in the comfort of your own home or garden.
