About Me
I’m Chris, a Level 4 qualified personal trainer who made the move from a corporate career into coaching. As a dad who understands the balance between work, family, and staying active, I focus on helping people build strength, improve mobility, and create sustainable training habits that fit around everyday life.

One-to-one coaching is built entirely around you, your goals, your lifestyle, and where you’re starting from.

Group Sessions
Train with two or three others while still receiving the guidance and structure of private personal training.

Couch to 5K
A simple, structured plan to take you from little or no running to comfortably completing your first 5K.

Free Consultation
We start with a relaxed conversation about your goals, current fitness, and what you’d like to achieve. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and make sure the approach feels right for you.

A Plan Built Around You
Using everything we’ve discussed, I’ll create a training approach tailored to your goals, schedule, and experience level, focusing on building strength, improving mobility, and making training fit into your life.

Your First Session
Your first session is about getting started and understanding where you’re currently at. We’ll ease into training, work through some key movements, and begin putting the plan into action.

Train Consistently & Progress
From there, we focus on building consistency. Sessions are designed to help you keep progressing while fitting around work, family, and everyday life.
