Alongside your sessions, you’ll have access to my app to track all your exercises, ongoing support and guidance to help you build strength, improve movement, and create habits that actually last.

Absolutely. We’ll take the time to understand where you’re starting from, including your fitness, mobility, and experience, so your training feels manageable while still helping you make progress. Nothing is one-size-fits-all - everything is built around you and your goals.

I offer a flexible approach depending on what works best for you. You can train with me at a private studio in Chobham and across Woking, or I can come to your home or train with you outdoors.

This is very common. Training is adapted around any previous injuries or limitations, with a focus on building strength and confidence safely over time.

Yes. You will have access to my app and I will create a personalised plan for you to follow between sessions. It’s designed to fit around your lifestyle so it’s realistic and easy to stick to, rather than something that feels overwhelming.
We can also adjust it over time as you progress, so it continues to work for you.
