Ready to trade the sofa for the pavement but worried about your knees or where to start? My Couch to 5K programme is designed for those who want to start running the right way. Moving beyond a basic app, I provide the professional plan, injury-preventing strength work, and side-by-side coaching you need to build stamina without the aches and pains.

The Plan

  • A 9 week Training Schedule
    A personalised and progressive plan for your first Couch to 5k. This removes the thinking and planning and provides you with an accurate plan, progressing from little-to-no experience all the way through to the full 5k.

  • Comprehensive warm up and cool down routines
    Step by step guide to get the best out of your training.

  • Strength and Conditioning Training Plan
    Accelerate your training with some additional strength and conditioning work to build muscle and reduce the likelihood of injuries.

  • 1-2-1 Training Session
    Included as part of the plan, you’ll get one in-person training session to ask any questions, go through all the warm up and cool down routines and demonstrate some of the strength and conditioning exercises

    Want to work on something a little different to aid your runs, we can work together at home or in the studio to go through everything else.
