Small group coaching gives you the guidance and expertise of 1:1 training while working alongside two or three others. It’s a great option if you want a program built around you, but also enjoy the motivation of training with a partner or friends.

12 week group transformation programme

    Sixty-minute sessions for two or three people, focused on helping you improve together while still getting individual guidance.

8 week kick start program

  • 8 small group sessions
    Sixty-minute sessions for two or three people, tailored to your shared goals while still taking individual ability into account.

  • A clear plan to follow
    A structured 8-week approach that helps you build strength, improve movement, and stay consistent.

  • Support from your group
    Training alongside others helps keep you motivated and accountable, making it easier to stick with and see progress.

    £360pp (£45pp per session, minimum 2 participants)

Single Coaching Session

  • 60-minute session
    A focused session built around what you all want to work on, whether that’s building strength, improving movement, or getting back into training.

  • Understanding where you’re at
    We’ll talk through your current fitness levels, experiences, and any areas you want to improve so the session is tailored to you all.

  • Guidance you can take away
    You’ll all leave with clear, practical advice you can use in your own training going forward.

£55 per person (Minimum 2 participants)
